Also for context, I own an RTX2060, However, I'm just unable to use Nvidia's own monitor arrangement tool as one monitor has to be connected to my iGPU...

Window size from 1080p to 1440p monitor

Ok so i got my first 27inch 1440p monitor today and im using my 24in 1080p monitor as as econdary which i had to already sort out desktop icon issues but i was wondering if its possible to translate 1080p window sizes to 1440p. So for example a window has a size of 1257x686 (thank you winspy) on my 1080p and it looks smaller on my 1440p one but would there be an easy way to get "the same size" look on a 1440p monitor somehow?

How to use 1440p Monitor and 1080p TV as Dual Monitors

I have a 1440p Monitor on my desktop, and I run an HDMI from my GTX 970 graphics card to the 1080p TV in my living room. I do this so I can sit on the couch and watch something every now and then.

The problem I am having is when I play a video game on the PC, I have to unplug the HDMI cord every time because it will automatically change resolution to 1080p. Is there a way to prevent that from happening?

 

Get 3x 1080p instead of 1440p 1440p and 720p

Hello,

Before all, I'm on Windows 11.
I got 3 1440p monitors that I use on my main Tower at 1440p, but I also want to use them on my Laptop.
As my Laptop got only Intel UHD Graphics 620, I can't use 3 1440p monitors, but I can use 3 1080p monitors.
I can't select 3 time 1080p resolution in displays settings, because windows lock for me the third one at 720p, and let the to other the right to go to 1440p.
I want to select 1080p resolution for the 3 screens, juste like I am able to do on my linux (And just like I succeed to do by error on my previous widows 10).
Also I forget to say than when I'm using these monitors, I disable the screen of the laptop itself (for those who think this could be the problem)

Does anybody knows a way to do that ?
