Windows 10: Trying to download games from windows store but getting Code: 0x80073CF3 update failed each...

I recently purchased xbox pass but can't download games because of this error Code: 0x80073CF3 , I have tried everything below:-

2 Try running the Windows Store apps Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

4 If that fails go to Settings>Apps and highlight Microsoft Store, choose Advanced Settings, then Reset. After it resets, restart PC.

5 If that fails then reinstall Store. Type CMD in Start Search, right click Command Prompt result to Run as Administrator, copy the following code and paste it into the box using the Edit tools from Box's top left dropdown menu, press Enter:

6 Clear the LocalCache Folder: Open Run by pressing the Windows key + R hotkey.
Copy and paste %localappdata% in Run and click OK.
Open Packages> Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe > LocalCache folder.
Press the Ctrl + A hotkey to select all content within the LocalCache folder.
Press the Delete button.

Still I can't download games. Is there any other solution to this?

Windows Store Error Code: 0x80073CF3

I've had a problem when downloading certain games from the Microsoft Store on my PC after getting the Game Pass a couple days ago. Every time I try to install some games, specifically The Outer Worlds, Dead Cells, and Dishonered, I get an error that says
"Wait a few minutes and try that again. The update failed" followed by Error Code 0x80073CF3. The weird thing about it is that every other game I've tried, like Forza, Enter the Gungeon, and Hollow Knight, all download, install and play just fine. I've gone
through Window's Online Chat and tried everything they told me to try, and looked online for any other solutions with no luck. Another thing I should mention is that all the games that don't work, I tried installing before updating Windows to version 1903
from 1803, and all the security and optional patches. I first got the error code when trying to install then, and kept getting it since; however, every other game I've tried downloading since updating has worked fine. This is disappointing since these games
are the reason I got the Game Pass, and I'd like to be able to play them.
