Windows 10: Trying to download KB4598242 I get Error code: 0x8007000d

I too cannot update this. I have tried. I saw the recommended solution of DLing the December update through the Media Creation Tool but have no idea how to DO that.


Trying to download KB4598242 I get Error code: 0x8007000d. Please assist.
