Windows 10: trying to get rid of ads on Microsoft Solitaire Collection

I purchased premium ad free for my Microsoft Solitaire collection and I am still getting ads. I had this service for a year with no problem. Then the renewal came and I waited a few days before I paid. It was okay for almost three weeks but a week ago I started seeing ads and am being asked to purchase the premium app. I have tried to talk to Microsoft support but they could not solve the problem. How do I reach the proper person at microsoft that can help me. I have my proof of payment and order number.

I can't get rid of the ads in Microsoft's Premium Solitaire Collection after purchasing it

I purchased the premium edition of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection a couple of years ago, and I have been renewing annually since. Starting this year, I now get ads, even though I have renewed. I get a message that says I already have the premium edition
and that I need to delete the app on my computer and reload it. I have done this everyday and I can't get rid of the ads or the message that says to delete the app and to download again.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work again? If not, how do I get a refund? I certainly DO NOT want to pay for an app that isn't working.

Step 1: Run App troubleshooter.

Check this link for the app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run Windows Update troubleshooter.

Please see this link for the steps.

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Click Start.

In the search box, type Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Right click Microsoft Solitaire collection app tile, and the select Uninstall.

Restart your computer.

Right click Start.

Select Run.

Type wsreset.exe, and then press Enter. The Microsoft Store will open so you can reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Step 4: Make sure your firewall/anti-virus isn’t blocking the app.

The steps to unblock the game (or any app that needs to access Xbox Live) will vary depending on the antivirus or firewall software you use. Check the documentation for your antivirus or firewall software to open settings and ensure that the software is not
blocking the app. If your antivirus or firewall has an app white list, make sure that your Xbox Live-enabled games are on this list.

Step 5: Clear your Windows Store cache.

Right click Start.

Select Run.

Type wsreset.exe and press enter. This will launch Windows Store with a cleared cache. You can check if Solitaire error goes away after doing this.
