Windows 10: Trying to install Ryzen Master, but there is a huge problem

Hi,I tried installing Ryzen Master today after recently purchasing a Windows 10 activation key and noticed a much larger problem was happening. My system is not picking up that I am on an AMD cpu Ryzen 9 5900X on ASUS x570 tuf gaming motherboard when I tried to install AMD Software Adrenalin Edition as seen in the first screenshot. This same issue occurs when I try installing AMD Ryzen Master and StoreMI off of AMD's website. Another issue I have noticed is that my main user THomas D'Agostino does not show up in my command bar or in the computer management interface when managing the users

Error 2753 for AMD Ryzen Master

Hello there, I am having issues when trying to re-install the AMD Ryzen Master application. I receive the error code 2753, the file 'setup.exe' is not maked for installation.

The things I have tried are below.

- Clearing the TEMP folder found at %TEMP%.

- Using CCleaner to clean up the registry keys.

- Using the Windows Troubleshooter found here "Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed" to remove all the AMD settings which were the only things available to fix.

- Followed this article found here "https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000012047".

- Followed this article found here "Can't find Amd-ryzen-master on PC - AMD Community".

- Followed this artciel foudn here "How to fix Error 2753, The file is not marked - ErrorTools".

- Restarted the computer.

As a note for the articles I have listed, I've tried all of the methods inside of them and still nothing.

Please help, as I've tried every single solution I can find so far on the internet and none of them seem to work.

Having problems with Ryzen Master not initializing in Windows 10

Hey guys, Ryzen Master has always worked fine for me. But recently I've changed my processor, mobo and ram, and now RM will not start. So I was using an ASUS CH VI Extreme mobo, with a Ryzen R& 1700 and 32gb's (4x8) of 3299mhz GSkill FlareX DDR4 Samsung Bdie. First I changed out the processor for a R9 3900X. Everything still ran great. Then for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I purchased a Gigabyte Aorus Master X570 mobo, and 32gb's (2x16)of GSkill TridentZ Neo DDR4 Samsung Bdie. After a few rounds of training the memory everything was running well, but the Ryzen Master software would not initialize any longer.
Every time I try to start it I get this error, "Ryzen Master unable to initialize. Kindly reinstall the program. Hence Aborting!"

I am using the Gigabyte bios F10, and on the latest insider build 19536 in windows 10 Pro. Any idea's to get Ryzen Master working would be greatly appreciated. I've tried the Windows software installer uninstaller program. I've even tried a regedit. I've installed the older ones, and the newest RM. Nothing has worked. I'm hoping someone in here has found a solution. Thanks.
