    I am an admin users as well. We stopped: Firewall, virus and spyware. Unblocked apps , turned off Popup blocker What else is there to do?Below is the pop up message copied:Contact your system administrator for more info.

    Installing Turbo Tax Deluxe 2016

    I'm using Windows 10 Pro and trying to install turbo tax. The installation process stops at 27% and in about 40 to 50 minutes times out with error message 65535.

    The computer is new and I have downloaded and installed several other programs since turbo tax failed. Any suggestions.

    Windows 10 Installation problem with Turbo tax disc

    Hi Jeanene,

    To better understand the concern, kindly provide us the following information:

    • Are you getting any error messages when you insert the installation disc?
    • Are you getting any error messages when you attempt to install Turbo Tax?
    • When you insert the installation disc of Turbo Tax, can you see the installation file on File Explorer?
    In the meantime, kindly perform the troubleshooting steps provided by
    Andre Da Costa     which can be found on this
    thread    .
