Windows 10: Trying to install Windows 10 but it freezes before the setup wizard

I just finished building my computer and I am trying to install Windows 10 onto it. I'm using a USB flash drive and I downloaded the ISO using the media creation tool via Microsoft's website and I created the install media using Rufus. When I plug my USB into the computer and go to BIOS, I set the USB drive to #1 in the boot order. When I exit BIOS, the blue Windows logo appears and the small white dots begin to spin at the bottom, but after a few seconds the dots freeze and I have not been able to get past this point. I have no clue what to do next to try to fix this issue. Any help is appreciated!

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Well problem solved it didn't seem to like the mouse i had plugged in *Big Grin

It takes about 5min for to load each step in the windows setup? The disc drive will stop for about 5min then spin up and finally load? it does this for every step in the setup? very odd.
