Windows 10: Trying to pass on my old pc to my son

I just built a new pc and I'm having a few problems getting my old one ready to give to my son.

• I have 2 email accounts that I need to take off. I don't want to delete them and end up losing the account. I have them both set up on my new pc.
• OneDrive is synced between both my new and old pc. I didn't set this up to happen it just started doing it. Now anything I do is mirrored on the other. For example I delete or add an item to documents it starts syncing the two back up. I need to make these two pc's separate entities.
• Note - I have an office 365 account with 4 seats left over. I plan on giving one of those to my son. I guess I add him to the family in the setup page for office 365 online.
• Once this is all done or before if needed I can add his email to the system. I want him to have his own office programs and OneDrive, no sharing back to me or me to him. Honestly he doesn't even need the OneDrive unless it could be to keep a backup of his documents folder.

Last question that has to do with my new pc. Thought I would ask while I'm here. I setup my first email account and it made me assign a 4 digit PIN. Now I am trying to add my second account and it again wants me to add this PIN. tells me to go to the same location in windows but I can't do it since it automatically fills in my first email account.

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

Pc game pass sharing with console.

I have a windows 10 pc and my son has an xbox one with 12 months of xbox live.

If i buy the pc games pass can my son then play the same games if i log in to his xbox?

Also if i get the pc games pass and get gears of war 5 on pc will i be able to play online or do i need the ultimate pass?
