Windows 10: trying to update my usless controller since it wont reconnect to my windows pc

trying to update my useless controller since it wont reconnect to my windows pc. my controller randomly disconnects and it asks me to sign so when i do it ask me for fking windows hello and i never had a pin or password dealing with it, I've tried turning it off but don't see the option. I'm getting fking annoyed because of hello windows stupid program preventing me from signing in

Simply disconnect the cable and reconnect it back to the PC. if it doesn't solve the problem, try using a different cable.

In the case of a wireless controller, you have the option of re-establishing the connection by removing the pairing.

Different controllers can be paired using different methods. However, if you're using an Xbox controller, here's how to fix it using your console.

Press the power button to turn on the console.
