Windows 10: Trying to upgrade 32bit Windows10 to 64bit. Help

I have an older computer, but it has Windows 10 pro on it (2004), and 32bit operating system with a 64based processor it says in the "About", so I know it's capable of being upgraded. I did the whole creation installation media tool thing with a USB and finished downloading the 64bit windows 10 onto it. Now the step I'm on is restarting the PC with the USB. When I go to "Advanced Startup" in the settings, and click the one where it mentions "Start up with a device such as USB or DVD", it takes be to the menu yet doesn't include the "Use a Device" option I see online. I've tried the other way of opening the boot menu from that weird blue start up screen where it tells me to press Esc for boot menu or something like that, and it shows me the "General USB disc" and I press enter on it, and it acts like it's about to restart yet it just takes me to a dark grey screen with a flashing white thing in the top left like you have when you're typing and I'm just stuck there until I just turn it off. Help. Thank you.

Windows10 32bits to 64bits

Hello i upgraded my windows 7 32bit to windows 10 32bit and already activated. I'm trying to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 64bit but my key isn't working. Can i change the architecture or not? In a post here it says that you can change the
architecture with this method but isn't working for me.

Hi there everybody!

I was wondering if someone could help me, I have read pages after pages of info but not really come off any the wiser! I've been asked by my brother to make him a machine, he brought all the parts himself without asking advice first! He brought a copy of
windows8.1 32bit bacause he couldnt find any 64bit versions for sale! Aparently, due to the pending release of win10, they are all selling the last of the stocks that they have and are not ordering anymore!?! I can see their logic. My question is, when win10
is released on 29/6 for the free upgrade, will i be able to upgrade win8.1 32bit to windows10 64bit?
