Windows 10: Trying to upgrade from window7

I’m trying to upgrade from windows 7 to 10 and I guess I have to download the windows 10 media creation tool but when I try to download it, it gets stuck at 16% after sitting for 12+ hours. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!

Restore Window7 from Window10

As I type this, I'm sure that everyone who upgraded to Window10 has the same issues and & question. I upgrade my pc from Window7 to Window10. Horrible mistake, everything run sluggish from downloading to watching videos including movie to opening new tab
to microsolf word perfect. Just horrible. Does not matter if I use google to internet explore it still run sluggish.

I try to restore back to Window7, however window10 for what ever reason is not allowing me to switch back. I had follow every instruction from ever forum I could find and no help at all. I'm on a point of taking the pc and trash it and start all over.

Any new suggestion I will take...Please advice as Im on my last wit.

From Window7 to Window10

Good Evening to All or Day:

Hp Compaq Presariocq62: Unfortunately I had no choice to upgrade from window7 to window10 because the stupid "New Upgrade" kept on popping up and it installed Window10.

Well what a horrible experience. From Slow,Sluggish, Interrupt Internet to blue screen and crash. I was for to do a "recovery" and loss mostly all my Apps. Contacting the Microsoft support was no help as each every time I contacted them, they all had
the same stories. Wait, wait , wait until they fix problems.

So my question is how can I get back to window7 since my laptop came with the pre-installed Window7 and no recovery disk with the package.

I'm not a computer wiz so any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I'm about to throw the laptop out the window...
