Windows 10: Trying to upgrade to Windows 11. Error 0x80070003 - 0x40008

HiI have been trying to update my Windows 11 for a while now, but I constantly get the message "something didn't go as planned no need to worry undoing changes". I've tried troubleshooting, repairing Windows 11, deleting old versions and reinstalling. All of which have been unsuccessful. When trying to setup Windows 11 on my computer with the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, I get through step 3 and then get this message: "Setup has encountered a critical error" "Error code: 0x80070003 - 0x40008"For some reason I can't include pictures, but please respond, if you know what I should do, or if

Reboot Windows.

Re-run Windows 11 setup. Post fresh setupact.log if the setup doesn't succeed.

(If that doesn't help, we may need to rebuild the EFI partition via WinRE.)

Problems while trying to upgrade to 1809, error code 0x80070003

I've tried many times over the course of two weeks and I keep getting the same errors. From the research that I have done, it seems that it may be video driver related. I updated to the latest Nvidia drivers and it didn't work.
