Windows 10: Turn Off Bluetooth When Laptop Lid is Closed

Hello, I am trying to get my headphones to stop automatically connecting to my laptop when the laptop is not in use lid is closed and laptop is sleeping. I DO NOT want to remove the device headphones from my computer because I went through the long process of turning off handsfree mode and I don't want to do that every time I use the headphones with my laptop. I have followed the steps of 1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager2-Click to expand the Bluetooth section3-Right-click on the Bluetooth driver and select properties4-Click on the Power Management tabBUT when I get to st

Laptop restarts after closing the lid

Do nothing is already selected for Choose what closing the lid does
in Power Options, let's try to make hibernation unavailable. Follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Windows icon on your home screen.
• Select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Click Yes if you get a prompt window.
• Type powercfg.exe /hibernate off then press Enter.

See if this will prevent the laptop from hibernating when you close the lid.

Bluetooth when Lid Closed

Question: I have a set of wireless Bluetooth earbuds. When my laptop lid is open, I would like the earbuds to connect to the laptop. However, when the lid is closed, often the earbuds will connect to the laptop.

More info: Since the lid is closed, I am obviously not using the machine, and would not like the earbuds to connect. My machine is set to sleep when the lid closes, which seems like it should stop Bluetooth devices from connecting but it doesn't.

 

hdmi turns off laptop if lid is closed

i already tried different tv and hdmi cable, also reinstalled nvidia etc... soo basically i can't use it unless the lid is open, without hdmi, it works, but as soon as i plug it in and close that lid, it turns off after 1 minute, yes i already edited "choose what lid does when closed" its set on "do nothing", any suggestions?
