Windows 10: Turn off login screen advertisement/messages... part 2

The other thread was zealously locked, hence this new thread, part two: I'm trying to turn off the very annoying advertisements that come up at the center login screen when starting Windows 10. If I happen to click the one or two sentence promotional tease, then during login to Windows 10, Microsoft thinks it's appropriate to start the Microsoft Edge web browser and display the promotional crud front and center to me first thing in the login process. This is not what I want or desire! I'm trying to get important work done and want to get to it.I went to Windows settings, Personalization, Lo

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Turn off login screen advertisement/messages...

I do not want to see the special interest/political messages on my Windows login screen. I just want the operating system to do its purpose and not promote beliefs and causes to me. How do you shut this off?

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)
