Windows 10: Turning Brightness to 0%

Hey all,I'm using Windows 11 Pro 21H2, OS build 22000.652. I want to keep my computer running at night while using an auto-clicker. To save electricity and reduce light in my bedroom, I want to turn my monitor to 0% brightness.I have checked the settings, and the minimum brightness option still outputs light. I have tried setting my monitor to sleep after 1 minute, but my auto-clicker prevents the monitor from ever going to sleep. I've also checked the physical buttons on my monitor, and none of them allows me to set it to 0% brightness.Unplugging the monitor doesn't seem to be an option, as

• Are you using a desktop or laptop?
• Aside from the suggested resolution in this thread, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue?
• When did the issue first begin?
• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?

Brightness 0

I have WIndows 10 on an HP computer. I accidentally put it on brightness 0% and turned it off. Help ASAP.

Hi Ella,

To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

• Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
• See if you can adjust the brightness.

If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.
