Windows 10: Turning on Real Time Protection

So I went to turn on the Real Time Protection with Windows Defender Security Centre, but the toggle switch was disabled.




So I scrolled down to see if I could find a way to turn it on and found this.






I then clicked Manage Controlled folder access, which display this next page.



How do I turn on Real time Protection, please??????????

If you have Windows 10, you are getting the latest antivirus protection with Windows Defender. Windows Defender actively helps in protecting your PC from malware (malicious software), viruses, and security threats. Windows Defender uses real-time protection.

To turn Windows Defender real-time protection on or off, follow the steps below:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings >
  Update & Security.
• Select Windows Defender, then turn Real-time protection
  on or off.
