    If you go to control panel windows update and got this code

    P.s Sorry I only have Japanese computer :/ but error code should be the same

    There are 2 method ,The method 2 is below *Biggrin*Biggrin ( I Recommend do the method 2 first )

    How to fin this problem
    1. Go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and delete all files in that folder only the files in download folder

    not the download folder !

    2.open Command Prompt as admin and type this command "wuauclt.exe /updatenow"
    3.go to windows update you should see it will begin to download something *Smile

    4. After it download and install finished (Install may take 1 or 2 hours) restart the computer
    5.you will got windows 10 ready to upgrade *Smile

    You can, but it will break your Windows Update. Then you have to fix it with Microsoft FixIt.
    You ONLY have to delete files inside C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download, no other folders.

    Only delete file in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

    Don't move or delete the download folder itself :/

    Yes, this is the way it should be - recreating when you check for updates. But you only need to remove files inside.

    After you check for update again, if it says no new updates, you better wait. I already ****ed up a few machines because of too many things posted on the net. The upgrade will come eventually.

    I tried this on my 3 PC's and get some odd check PC button that does nothing, then upgrade status changes to we are validating your PC.
    I thought I just had incompatible computers, but the 87 people in my guild get the same so it seems as expected, not really compatible with much.

    Don't be so happy just yet. It's still on download phase. After that is preparing... after that you might get error and no window popup to upgrade.
