    twinui won't open pdf automatically when that option is chosen.


    When I download a pdf file, the twinui window appears, and it has two choices: save and open. There is a box to check so twinui opens the same type of file automatically without being asked. It does not work.


    Any ideas out there please?

    Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

    • Does the issue persist in Edge browser?
    • Do you get similar error when you open the PDF file in Adobe reader?


    Check if you are facing similar issue in Edge browser.



    Step 1: Open PDF file in Adobe reader and check if you are facing similar issue.



    To open PDF file directly from Adobe reader, follow the steps below:



    • Open Adobe application and click on Edit.
    • Click on Preferences and select Internet.
    • Uncheck Display PDF in Browser option and check if you are able to open the PDF file without getting the error code.


    Step 2: If you are able to open PDF file in Adobe reader, I suggest you to
    Turn off Internet Explorer,
    enable it again and check if the issue is resolved.

    I can't open a pdf with TWINUI with firefox.

    this is my first time using windows 10 and I've come across TWINUI when trying to open a pdf. Please help!

    TWinui is hindering the opening of attachments to e-mails

    The settings on my pc have changed so that when I want to open a pdf document in my pdf program instead it reads TWinUI and I am directed to get it open in Microsoft Edge. This I absolutely do not want as that program is very cumbersome. How can i get my
    settings changed so that TWinUI is removed and the proper program is suggested instead??
