Windows 10: Twitter Win10 Desktop Notifications via Phone Link/Link to Windows

Hi,I'm using Phone Link on Win10 19044 to sync notifications from my Android phone Samsung S8 to my desktop. This, usually, results in phone notifications that are pushed to my desktop, showing up in the Action Center and having a popup too where configured. The issue I'm having is that this behaviour doesn't seem to extend to one thing in particular: Twitter.The notifications do turn up on my phone as usual, they just... don't reach my PC. How can I disable the "Link your Phone and PC" notification in Windows 10?

The new "Continue on PC" feature that came with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update also includes a notification that pops up saying "Link your Phone and PC". Answering no or clearing the notification gets rid of it, but after some amount of time and/or a reboot, it continuously comes back.

Presumably, if you actually install the app to link your phone it will stop giving you the notification, and I am also aware that you can completely disable suggestion notifications; however, I do not wish to use the phone link feature and I would prefer not to disable all future suggestions, as I could possibly be interested in one of them. Is there a way to specifically disable a single specific suggestion notification?

No worries, Russ. To get Twitter notifications on your device, we recommend that you follow these steps:

• Uninstall your Twitter application.
• Open your Twitter from a computer and go to your settings.
• Choose apps and remove access from Twitter for your Windows Phone.
• Reinstall Twitter on your phone and grant it permission to connect to your account.

You should receive Twitter notifications after a day or two.

I tried to attach that same image that you loaded. Every blasted time is all I get now. I am giving up with notification-action from windows now. I am now just clicking on the notifications Bell from youtube webpage. I can also go through the subscription links also. Extra steps but what are you going to do ???????????? Since you use MS Edge then it can't be a browser issue. To get Ten Forums messages I am just going to windows webmail. I don't use the webmail for much I prefer gmail.com for my email. Windows Defender runs scans on a daily or at least every other day and nothing is coming up about a virus.

Other people have tried to be helpful but all their suggestions relate to NOT GETTTING NOTIFICATIONS. But you are having the same problem I am having. The Action center is showing the notifications but when we click on the link we are getting the goofy monkey with the magnifying glass and #404 errors which means the file or link cannot be found.
