Discus and support TWO ACCOUNTS in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I NOW HAVE TWO MICROSOFT ACCOUNTS, BU T I CAN'T GET INTO THE ORIGINAL ONE SO I CREATED THIS NEW ONE.     I NOW HAVE TWO MICROSOFT ACCOUNTS, BU T I CAN'T GET INTO THE ORIGINAL ONE SO I CREATED THIS NEW ONE. HOW CAN I TALK TO A LIVE PERSON AT MICROSOFT ABOUT MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT? IT APPEARS SOMEONE HAS GAINED ACCESS TO IT. AND, BY THE WAY, NONE OF THE SELECTIONS BELOW ADDRESS MY ISSUE, SO I AM JUST PUTTING THIS REQUEST OUT THERE LIKE A MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE.

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Forum users with Hotmail/Outlook/Exchange account

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).
