Also, is disabling those programs on startup enough or is there a way to remove them from the startup altogether?

 

Disabling is enough, but I do suggest to remove them, it can easily be done with Ccleaner *Smile

TBH, I can't say if this will or will not resolve the BSOD issues.
This is with the reason that there are no dump files present in the zip file.

 

It crashed again. I've set it for a small memory dump the next time it happens.

As in another crash, they don't provide what many think they provide.

 

It was another thread exception not handled BSOD.

Looks to be caused by the ASUS network adapter, check if ASUS has driver updates.

My driver is up to date.

 

Then reinstall the driver *Smile

Okay I am positive that this is happening anytime uTorrent is running.

 

Only when running uTorrent? Not when you download/upload using other sources/programs?

 

I actually am not sure. Let me check.

 

If it is only with uTorrent, there may be settings you could change in order to possible solve the problem but much more than that cannot be done if you're not planning on removal. The reason being is that it in that case would be a bug in uTorrent instead of your network drivers or network card.
