    Hello,

I recently restarted my laptop to wipe it clean and start fresh I had to boot using a USB. The two finger scroll on the track pad is not working anymore though, why is this? Can anyone help?

  2. Trackpad two-finger scroll behaves strangely

My new laptop has a great trackpad, only sometimes it doesn't do two finger scroll like normal. Most of the time it scrolls (like dragging the scrollbar up and down) inside the window like it is supposed to, but sometimes it pulls and drags the whole window
of whatever is active up and down a little bit. Even if it is maximised, it will be pulled slightly out of the way so I can see the desktop behind it a little bit. If I let go of the trackpad at this point it will snap back to normal.

This is incredibly frustrating with some applications - for instance Photoshop wont scroll up or down on anything, and always pulls the whole window, which is incredibly unhelpful if I have to work on an image on the go.

Any idea how to change this? I've looked through every option in the control panel and I can't find anything that mentions this crazy kind of behaviour...

Two finger scroll not working on my trackpad after updating to Windows 10.

    Hi,

I updated my Samsung laptop to Windows 10 this morning, and since then my trackpad multi-finger options have stopped working, most importantly my two finger scrolling function.

Please can anyone assist me with getting this issue fixed?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

I appreciate your interest on Windows 10.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

    1. Press or tap “Windows key + X”, click on "Control Panel." Navigate to "Mouse," under "Hardware and sound".

    3. Select "Properties," "Settings," "Advanced".

    4. Click the box next to "Enable scrolling" if this option is available.
