Windows 10: Two licenses, neither can be used

I have to sons with two gaming computers.

Both have licenses.

1 I have bought a win 7 OEM licence that I uppgraded

2 the other is bought through MS Web Store


Suddenly both computers crashed.

1 Had a problem with Motherbord

2 Had a SSD -problem, i cannot use the 256 Intense SSD


I started with nr 2. Bought a new 1 TB SSD and installed a Windows 10. No prob.

But the win 10 cannot be activated. I logged into my account that shows I have 2 licenses, ´but it will not activate the digital license.

What should i do?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
