    Hey there.


    So recently I have installed Eclipse IDE and another Java based program. For example in Eclipse, the headers are in this weird font which when copied into a search engine translate. Here is what I mean:

    I contacted the developers and they say it is something to do with the fonts on my device.

    As for trouble shooting I have tried adjusting cleartype, checking for corruptions and looking through fonts.

    This is only present in Eclipse IDE and the software shown above.

    • What email program are you referring to?
    • When you open your email attachments, are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Is this the first time you experienced the issue?

    I suggest you to try the following steps to attach a screenshot and check if that helps.



    • Open Feedback app.
    • Click on “Screenshot” icon in the Feedback window.
    • Open the window you need to take a screenshot and then click on the “Camera” icon on the top left corner of the window.
    • Click on the “check mark” adjacent to the camera icon to save the screenshot.

    Hi Josey -

    Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

    Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
