Windows 10: Two Printers Printing Blank Pages from Windows 10

My very elderly neighbor is an insurance salesperson. She is not technical at all. She has a Dell running Windows 10 64-bit connected to two printers via USB. One is a Brother MFC-J87ODW all-in-one and the other is a HP all-in-one cartridge model - don't have the model right now.Suddenly as in overnight both printers started "printing" blank sheets a PDF and test pages. The printers seem to be printing print head movement but the paper is blank. Both have ink. Initially the Brother was shown as offline but came back online. I followed this prev

• Were you able to print all kinds of documents from IPad?

Shared printer print blank pages


I have a client using a Samsung ML-1865W series laser printer connected via USB to his Windows 7 machine. The printer is shared and a Windows 10 based PC prints via the share to the printer. Problem is that when printing from the Windows 10 machine every pages that print is blank. It prints perfectly from the Windows 7 machine.

Have removed and reinstalled the printer many times with no success, trying different drivers and setups.

Any ideas please.

 

Printer that prints blank page

I am running Windows 10 on my computer. I have Epson 3540 printer that only prints blank pages, when prompted to print a blank sheet of paper comes out printer. When I print a test page, it prints an image of a blue printer. I have
run troubleshooting and my drivers are up to date and the printer works fine when I print from another computer that is running Windows 7. I have turned everything on and off again. Have you had problems with this before and what was done to resolve this issue?
