Windows 10: TWO WSAPPX IN TASK MANAGER

Discus and support TWO WSAPPX IN TASK MANAGER in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I don't think there is supposed to be two, is this malware?     I don't think there is supposed to be two, is this malware? I tried to check again but it disappeared, which is sketchy? Please inform and I will try to give as much Info as I can. I have not downloaded anything, and I've run all the scans nothing has come up. I can't seem to get it to reappear again.

    EDIT: I see there can be two, is it possible for the client license service process to not show up sometimes ?

    i have an issue - wsappx high disk windows 10 and task manager not working correctly - i have tryied a number of suggested fixes with no joy - i am planning on upgrading to windows pro will this resolve the issue anyway?

    what is wsappx in the task manager (windows 10) i have a poor internet connection it comes around in worst times and my pings go wild i can barely connect any server with my connection and this is not helping how can i shut it off for good whenever i kill
    it it comes back in seconds (it is a windows process btw not from another application)

    TWO WSAPPX IN TASK MANAGER

    Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

    I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

    Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

    Any suggestions?
