  1. Typing cursor moves to the left of the character when typing W11

Hello,I have a strange behavior since a month or so, when typing the r&R letter, the typing cursor moves to its left, making it impossible to write when using this laptop. I'm facing this issue only when using external keyboards. Furthermore, I have tried unplugging, restarting, etc. but still persists. Disabling sticky keys doesn't seem to fix the issue. This is how the typing cursor behaves normally: As you can see it stays on the right, as it should. This is the problem, when hitting the r key, the typing cursor moves to the left automatically:Furthermore, when hitting Shift+r key to use

    :)

Fix for cursor moving to left?

What is the fix for the cursor moving to the left? Upon first signing in to Windows 10 I type the first letter of my password and the cursor moves to the left. I have to delete the first letter and start my user name
again and then the cursor behaves normally. This also occasionally happens when typing a document or typing something into "search". I type the first letter, the cursor moves to the left and I have to delete the first letter and retype.

    Moving cursor while typing

When I am typing, emails, chat msgs, etc and I am careful to avoid the touchpad, my cursor will automatically move back to the front or middle of verbiage I have already typed, and cause over typing.

Is there a key to delete character ahead of the cursor?

    Hello Stephen,

As of the moment, deleting the characters next to the cursor is unavailable. You can only delete characters by moving the cursor to the right side. You can always send a suggestion via Feedback Hub app so that it can be added or included on the next update.

To send a feedback on your phone, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback
      Hub app.
    2. Open the menu icon at the top left side.
    3. Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
      add
      button (+).
    4. Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details of the feature you want to be added on Windows phone.
    5. Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.

Should you need more help, feel free to ask the Community.
