Windows 10: U Should Update Your Audio Driver When Windows Suggests U To.

windows update suggested me I update my audio driver, I did and since then the audio volume is too low and there is a lot of distortion, I removed the driver and reinstall it and nothing change, I contacted Microsoft help and they accessed my laptop remotely and still could not fix that when I plug headphones the sound is perfect, but horrible in the speakers.

I have a U tube app called "Tube 8.1 Free" installed some years ago. It doesn't work anymore but I cannot find a replacement in the store which works in my updated windows 10 system. Any suggestions?

• When are you facing this issue with the drivers?
• Have you installed all the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website for current operating system?

I suggest you to uninstall the existing Audio drivers, download the latest drivers for your device and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the Audio driver.

Steps:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Device Manager.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on the driver and click on
  Uninstall.

Step 2: I suggest you to manually install the latest audio drivers and check.

Download the latest drivers from: Lenovo Support for g500

Select the driver and operating system to download.
