Windows 10: U2F security key no longer works on Windows 10 Pro

When I try to use my Trezor security key as a U2F 2FA device to sign into a website. The pop up comes up, but nothing appears on my device. It is supposed to pop up on the device and ask if I want to authorize but it does not. The windows pop up asks me to take action on my security key, but pressing the button does nothing, and again nothing comes up on the key itself. I have tried on chrome, firefox and edge and nothing works. This security key DOES work on my other Windows 10 Home laptop but not my Windows 10 Pro desktop pc. I have tried reinstalling the trezor software, reinstalling driver

Are both Windows 10 computers on the same update versions or are they different. That could yield a difference here.

I doubt you're using Group Policy and stuff but Pro can carry differences on its own when its not used in a similar way to Home. If it is used in a similar way to Home then its unlikely going to be a reason of difference of Pro verses Home.

I do suspect it could possibly be a problem on the Trezor side of things though. Reason being is that other people have that same issue with it - though I don't think they have other computers to test it on to see its working - but the end result is the same of a blank device that does nothing in a known instance. So, you should speak to Trezor support in that case.

Its possible that its just broken from either that specific Windows version, newer versions, or broken on older versions. But, its just as possible for there to be another issue elsewhere.

There's some other things I'd personally look into if I were going through it but its a bit more advanced and I won't be specifying anything there. Am not aware of anything easier.

I used a different security key on Windows 10 Pro fairly recently and it worked just fine.
