Windows 10: Ubuntu/Windows dual boot: Ubuntu can't detect that Windows 10 is already installed. Any...

I wanted to install Ubuntu 20.04 next to Windows 10 (on 2 different NVMe SSDs) but the Ubuntu installer is not detecting that Windows 10 is already installed and does not show the option for a dual-boot installation (https://imgur.com/a/Bprq2Jw -- copied from https://www.tecmint.com/install-ubuntu-alongside-with-windows-dual-boot/).

Image 5 shows Windows Disk Manager's view of the drives.

Images 6 and 7 show Rufus settings used for burning the Ubuntu ISO onto a USB stick.

Images 8 and 7 show Ubuntu Live's view of the disks.

The last image shows the "Installation type" screen where I was expecting to see the option to install Ubuntu alongside Windows 10, but that option does not show.

On the live media, lsblk detects both NVMe drives:

Any idea what could be causing this and if somehow I can make Ubuntu recognize that Windows 10 is already installed to offer an option to setup dual boot?

No soundcard detected on Windows 10 (dual boot with Ubuntu)?

I recently installed ubuntu on my Dell Inspiron 5559 for dual boot with Windows 10. I'm not sure if that has much to do with the fact that neither Windows nor Ubuntu is detecting that I have a sound card or any sound device on my computer anymore. I did
get it to work for a brief amount of time when I first installed ubuntu, but after one reboot, neither OS detects it. I've tried a lot of things, like trying to install new drivers, but the device isn't even showing up in the hidden section of the device manager.
Anything?

 

Windows 10 can't detect second monitor after installing and running ubuntu

I can't detect my second monitor that is connected via hdmi cable after I installed Ubuntu in dual boot. Any suggestions how can I fix the problem ?

Once I had Windows 10 RTM dual booting with Linux 17.2. No issue whatsoever.
