    5 minutes ago I updated my windows 10 19044 to the latest version KB5014697 and when it restarted the task manager started automatically after loading the desktop. Why did this happen and is this caused by some problem with windows 10? I use windows 10 19044 and 21H2

    I just done an update using my pc, I followed all the instructions barr formatting my hdd, since the udate i cannot access my menu, call list, message or camera, not even my shortcut buttons to my music is working, can you suggest some way of fixing this
    or would you suggest taking it to a service centre.
