Windows 10: UI Glitches all around the system

Hi everyone, i am here to ask you if anyone of you has had a similar issue to me. For some time now i have been having UI glitches all around my system. It happens in Windows itself and in apps like Sonos or Affinity Photo. When i hover over items of a ui (only when they are reactive with hover states), and i hover away, suddenly a glitch happens causing the text to vanish and the button to be either black, showcase pixelated text or a random shape. I have tried several things for myself. Uninstalling my graphics driver, (i always run updates as a clean install but just in case), sfc scannow to repair broken files. I have searched on Google but i find it hard to describe my issue and find similar problems. i have posted a video of it on youtube (it is hidden). Has anyone ever experienced this before, and does anybody know how to fix this, preferably without a clean reinstall of Windows off course.

Windows UI glitch

Since last windows 10 update and Nvidia driver update, I am facing UI glitch in windows and apps like google chrome. Can someone help me with this?

You can see on the top right corner UI is glitched and in taskbar also and if I use google chrome then the whole screen gets glitched.

G-Sync is on for my laptop.

 

UI Glitches

I am experiencing graphical/UI glitches e.g: task bar is flashing at random times and windows flashing also the battery bar has disappeared, I tried enabling it but the on/off switch was grayed. I really need help with this please reply ASAP.

I have a Lenovo Flex Ideapad 10.1. I have an Intel Celron processor, and Intel HD graphics (N208).
