  1. Ummountable Boot Volume

So about a week ago I came home and started up my laptop and it conducted an update. While it did that I went upstairs for a drink. When I got back it was my bios screen for some reason. Not really thinking about it, I restarted the laptop and then all it did was boot up and then die. After a day of screwing with it, I power cycled. That didn't work, so I replaced a small battery that had been inside for year because I figured it was dead. Finally, I got something. A blue screen that says "unmountable boot volume." I've looked up a few ways to fix this, but using a disk with the windows 10 install media isn't working. I don't know where to go from here and honestly I'm regretting getting anything with windows 10 on it at this point.

    :)
