Windows 10: Unable able to login to my account

Hey guys,

I was doing some random stuff on my Surface pro 5th gen when I got the blue screen of death.

Now my windows 10 is unable boot and I'm stuck in an infinite loop in Windows Automatic Repair.

This is the loop. Troubleshoot > Reset this > Keep my files> Enter recovery key> enter password

I know I have the right password (and caps is off) but yet I'm unable to log in.

To matters worse I've a project due in 6 hours

Not Able to login

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Is your system connected to the internet? You can check this through the network icon at the bottom left corner of your login screen.
   
2. What error message are you receiving when you login with your Microsoft account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with your Microsoft account and check if you are able to sign-in with your credentials.

If you are able to sign-in with your Microsoft account on the live website, you can follow the steps in this article to ‘Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10’, kindly follow the steps in the section ‘From the sign-in screen’ and check if you are able to login to your system.

Unable to login into adminstrator account on Windows 10.

From the above description, I understand you are unable to login into the administrator account on the computer.
Please reply to a few questions asked below for better understanding and further assistance on the issue:

• Is the administrator account you are unable to login into a Microsoft account?
• What is the error code you get on trying to login into the administrator account?

If the user account is a Microsoft account, Reset Microsoft account password and
check if you are able to login into the administrator account using the reset password on the computer.



Write to us with the answers to the above questions and the status of not able to login into the administrator user account on the computer in the same post for further assistance.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?
  
• 
  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
