Windows 10: Unable activate Windows, Error code 0xC0EA000A

Hi,

I am unable to activate windows. I activated it the 1st time on this Lenovo laptop. The Storage type was configured at that time as RAID.
I changed Storaget Type to AHCI in BIO and Windows was not able to boot anymore. I recovered it by booting in Safe mode by the way Safe Mode fixed the driver for the Storage Controller .... but it is very hard to enter Safe Mode in Windows 10 : ... .

But before that ... I think that Windows Automatic Repair restored the system to a previous restore point: the computer had its old name, windows updates were missing, windows was not activated.


I try to activate it using the same product key:

1. I enter the product key, it says
"
Unable to activate Windows
It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again later. 0xc0ea000a.
"

2. I hit the Troubleshoot button, I get the same resolution and error code as above.

3. I hit "I've changed hardware on this device recently" and:
"
We can't find any devices linked to your Microsoft account that can be used for reactivating the device you are using right now. Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft account you linked to the Windows 10 digital license on this device or try again later"
"

Well ... It is the same laptop with the same hardware. The only think that changed was Storage Controller Type from RAID to AHCI.

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

Activation not possible at the moment after upgrading to Windows 10, get the error 0xC0EA000A.
