Windows 10: Unable to Access Hard Drive Due to BitLocker Key Request

HiI’m facing an issue with my laptop and need some help. My laptop’s motherboard has malfunctioned, and I had to send it for repair. In the meantime, I tried to connect my hard drive to another laptop to back up my important data. However, upon booting, it prompted me for a BitLocker recovery key.I logged into my Microsoft account to retrieve the BitLocker key. My device is listed, but when I click on it, it says, “No BitLocker recovery key found for this device.”I never enabled BitLocker on my laptop, so I’m confused about why it’s asking for a recovery key. Does anyone know how I can unlock

Unable to access my BitLocker recovery key

I am unable to access my Bitlocker Recovery Key, when logging in the correct one for my device does not show.
The issue is the computer has an error when booting, I would like to access the hard drive using an enclosure in order to get my wedding video from the hard drive before I do a repair, however the Recovery Key associated with my account is not working (different device ID).
Is there any way of requesting the recovery key from Microsoft?

 

Lost access to external hard drive because of Bitlocker

Any PC that I plug my external hard drive in, asks me to enter a password to Bitlocker. The problem is that I have never installed a password for Bitlocker and I don’t have recovery keys in my Microsoft Account. In the result I am unable to access

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.
