    Head to Microsoft's Media creation tool, download tool. Start tool and create a USB key. Outlined in Clean Install Tutorial.

    Clean Install Windows 10

    I think if you are not using Windows one of the process will take you to an ISO that you can down load.

    MS servers are holding your activation key, no need to enter as you install, it will self activate.

    I would uninstall CPU-Z for 32 bits, or manually remove " cpuz141_x32.sys "
    That looks like an old 32 bit driver for CPU-Z.

    I have now reinstalled Windows 10 and everything seems to be working. Thanks for all the suggestions!
