Windows 10: Unable to Access Windows Store and websites through Start Menu Live tiles (Operating System...

Problem 1: Unable to Access Windows 10 Store. Error Message: Try that again. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later. (Code: 0x80131500)



Problem 2: The Start Menu Live tiles are updated (with today’s news etc ) but whenever I double click on anyone (eg Microsoft News tile) I then get the message “No News”.



I have so far been advised and have applied the following possible solutions but the problems described above have not been resolved and still persist:

1. Open Windows Powersell as administrator and run the command Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

1. Using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and selecting “Upgrade this PC now“ option upgraded the system.

1. Run the following commands as administrator DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then SFC /scannow No errors reported.

The next suggested course of action (NOT YET ACTIONED) is to reset my pc by going to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get started, firstly keeping my files and THEN, if the first option doesn’t resolve the problem repeat Reset my pc but this time “Remove everything”.



BEFORE I hit the Reset button I would like a second opinion on the above and in particular the final solution and advice on whether there are any other possible alternative solutions to the problem before I hit the Reset Windows button.

Store Live Tile no longer works

How to make Store tile live again in Start menu

I did that, too. Nothing.
I tried this on laptop, when I set Show products on tile to OFF, it is silent, dead, when I set it back to ON, it starts working.
On PC, whatever I choose, it is not working, just stayed dead.
Any new suggestion.

Normally, I check it fist. It has been set ON, I tried to play with it, but nothing make Store tile to be Live again. Any further suggestions.
