Windows 10: Unable to activate Windows 10 on my personal laptop

I have been receiving "Activate Windows" message on the bottom screen of my laptop from more than 14 days. I tried " Troubleshoot" option from Activation option in Settings. It gave me 0xc0000022 error. Then, I went to Windows store and purchased the digital license as suggested. I am not sure how to proceed further to activate windows now?I am logged in as Administrator with my Microsoft account. I have tried option of "Product key" as well. But that too, did not work.Can someone help me to fix this issue?

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows 10 via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
