Windows 10: unable to close adobe acrobar reader dc in windows 10

I am unable to close adobe acrobat reader dc I am afraid to turn off computer or uninstall adobe, I had just gotten your latest update for windows 10 please help me

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Operating system is Windows 10 Pro, Every time I open Acrobat Reader DC I get the following message:

"Windows - Application Error, The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) Click OK to Close the application"

I am unable to uninstall Acrobat reader DC as it does not show listed in the "Apps & Features"

how can I uninstall this program?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader DC
and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below to uninstall

I re-installed Adobe Reader DC. It worked for a few hours and then stopped working.
