    Unable to complete call setting on 'Your Phone' app.


    I'm able to receive notifications on pc even photos are visible but when I tried to complete call setting then a message appears, "You have apps installed that prevent you from making calls." I even tried setting up a manual Bluetooth connection still getting the same response attaching a screenshot. Unable to complete call setting on 'Your Phone' app. 0b8fc946-f7cf-4511-843e-4f280cbf016e?upload=true.png Plz. tell what's preventing me from making calls.

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview


    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    Family Settings - Unable to download apps & Games

    My Family account has already been set up (www.windowsphone.com/family) and he is listed as a Family Member and I have allowed that he can access 'free & paid apps'.

    My Son is still unable to download apps.

    The wiki is not useful as all the steps were completed prior to me posting the question.
