Windows 10: Unable to Complete Windows 11 Version 23H2 Update and Corrupted Files Repair

I saw an update in my Windows Update panel for Windows 11 version 23H2. Upon clicking "Download," the download started but was interrupted by network issues, causing unsuccessful completion after two or three attempts. Later, when connected to a more stable network, I tried downloading again. However, within a few seconds, it displayed that the update was already downloaded and installed, even though the process did not fully complete in front of me or in the background. Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

Unable to install Software Center on Windows 11 version 23H2

Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) the Downloading has been stuck at 79%

I thought I could reinstall Windows 11 using the new app I see in the setting named, "Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version)". But after clicking the download button the Downloading has been stuck at 79% for over 3 hours. I also notice that nobody else on YouTube has suggested using Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) to reinstall apps and files.

I have tried using the Windows 11 iso file to reinstall Windows 11 but last time I tried and gave up on this approach there was no option to keep all my apps. The only option left was to keep my files. I found this pointless as I back up my files on an external drive.

Does anyone have a solution to this or am I just not wating long enough for the downloading?
