Windows 10: Unable to connect Outlook App (Windows 10) to Office 365 account

When I try to connect the Outlook App to Office 365 I am returned a login screen asking for my password. The Windows Security pop-up has my account picture, the logon as "MicrosoftAccount\*** Email address is removed for privacy ***. When I enter the password, the screen just keeps returning. I have tried doing this using "run as administrator" with no change. I've also tried modifying the logon to "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" and removing the MicrosoftAccount with no impact.


The Windows 10 native email works OK but the sync is slow.


Suggestions would be helpful.

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

Office 365 Outlook will not send emails since update to win 10


Since updating to Windows 10 my Office 365 Outlook will not send emails - error unable to connect to network - yet it receives them OK and if I go to account settings and use 'Test' it sends and receives OK this is true of all my accounts, Hotmail, gmail and two domain accounts. All can be set up and work from the new Mail App. Have run online repair of Office 365 and rebooted to no avail, anyone any ideas

Good morning,

We are planning on upgrading our office machines to Windows 10. I have started with 1 machine and given it to one of our developers for testing. The problem is Office 365. When he tries to use the mail app provided on 10 it errors out with unable to synchronize
and/or unable to connect and has a generic error code of 0x85010004. He is connected, can access his email via the web portal and Thunderbird. Is this functionality not available via the mail app that is provided? All my web searches come back with information
about the mobile app. It just blows my mind that an app provided by Microsoft wouldn't be compatible with Microsoft Office 365.

Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!
