Windows 10: Unable to delete folder from PC

I have a folder that I can not delete. When I try, I get an error message saying the file is no longer at this location and to verify it's location and try again.
So how do I verify it's location?

I was able to transfer the files from the folder and put them into another folder but still unable to delete the first folder.

My name is Neena & I was taken support of technician for delete only 2 folders from desktop but he/she deleted my all very important working folders from my desktop. I am making complaint against ARLINE G who gave me technical support. I was unable to delete
2 folders from my desktop. That person who gave support, he deleted all folders from desktop through cmd prompt. I want to recover my all folders in my PC intimidate.

unable to delete pictures from the folder- permission issues

I want to delete some duplicate pictures and everytime I try I get the message that I need permission to do this action and that I require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to the folder. Heck all I want to do is delete some duplicates -
not do surgery! What the heck does all of this mean and how do I fix it? Thank you.

 

Welcome to the forum. What folder? First job is to run a disk check in case it's corrupted

 

I have many many folders of Old Tim Radio programs (over 3,000). This was one of them.

The files in the folder are "in good working order". I'm was able to listen to all of them after I moved them to another folder.
It's just an empty folder now.
I run a scan each month and this time it came up OK.
