Windows 10: unable to display Chinese character in the program on Windows 11

Hi,I live in Australia and bought a new laptop with windows 11. When I installed a Chinese program, which I use longtime in Windows10, but the character shows either ??? or Japanese character.I already followed the instruction I found in this community, changed the language to Chinese Simplified, China under Region > Administrative in "Change system locale". I even checked on "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" and the program still not showing Chinese character. Any advise, please? thanks!

• As you have mentioned this happens only in the Admin account, is it local account set as admin account or the Microsoft account?

I would suggest you to check the all apps list and check if that Chinese character app is present.

After you try the above steps and share us the results what happens we can proceed with the further suggestions.
