Windows 10: Unable to download any programs

Hello,


Every time I attempt to download something, whether it is the Adobe update or a game, my computer screen flashes black and eventually freezes, forcing me to manually shut down my PC. I have tried shutting off the firewall, have used multiple security and computer health diagnostics, but nothing has pointed out any problems. I've had issues since around a year ago, and now I really need to download an application.


Somewhat unrelated to this topic, but my computer also crashes when I attempt to use Microsoft Edge.

Unable to download

Is there something wrong with the server providing the download for SysTool? I'm unable to download the application using Firefox or IE.

Are there any mirrors?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

• When you say "can no longer access programs and choose to uninstall it", you mean you're unable to access Programs and Features?
• Which application or program you're trying to Uninstall?
• What troubleshooting steps did you tried?
