Unable to download Microsoft Photos after uninstalling it using Powershell

Hi, my Microsoft Photos app was not working, and hence, I followed the advice from one of the websites on Google to uninstall and remove Microsoft Photos app from my Windows 10 laptop using Powershell. However, I have been trying to re-download the Microsoft Photos app from the Microsoft Store but it could not be loaded. It has been loading since months. Please advise and help! Many thanks.
