Windows 10: Unable to download Minecraft from Microsoft Store

After a confusing couple minutes I decided to purchase Minecraft windows 10 edition from the Microsoft store, against my better judgment. Not to surprise, after I purchase the game I try to download, except it wont let me. Says I own the game and I am using a valid c****crosoft account but still says I have no devices to install to. Is there anyway to access those files and download them manually?

As you have already tried resetting, re-registering Microsoft Store, I would suggest you to try creating a new user account, sign in to Microsoft Store with your Microsoft account and then try installing Minecraft. Refer the steps mentioned in the
article
Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.



If the issue persists, we might have to perform a repair installation of Windows on the computer. To perform a repair installation, refer the steps mentioned below:



Download the
Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) and use it to perform a repair installation of Windows 10. We have
a video that can show you how if you aren’t sure.

Unable to open Minecraft

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

• Are you using Minecraft app downloaded from Store or Minecraft program?
• Do you receive any error?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft and check if that fixes the issue.

Also try to download and install the display and chipset drivers from the manufacturer website.

Unable to download from Windows Store

Please provide us a screen shot of the issue if possible.

I suggest you to reset Windows Store by following the steps below and check if it helps.

Press “Windows key + R”, type “WSReset.exe” (without quotes) and press Enter.
