    Unable to download Windows 11 Updates KB5013943, KB4023057


    I Am having 0x80070002 errors when trying to updates Windows 11.I have run the followingnet stop bitsnet stop wuauservnet stop cryptsvcren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bakren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.baknet start bitsnet start wuauservnet start cryptsvcdism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealthdism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthdism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanupsfc /scannowI download the Windows 11 Installation Assist - says its on the latest version - however version build is 22000.556Have downloaded the Win 11 ISO Media

    problems downloading & applying updates KB4023057 & KB4467702

    I get these recurrent errors in Windows Update --

    • 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error 0x80070015
    • 2018-12 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070015

    I stumbled on this resource (WAY too unintuitive to find that, Microsoft! It should be linked visibly in
    Windows Update) --

    Microsoft Update Catalog

    ...where I was able to successfully download other updates which also produced recurrent errors EXCEPT NOT
    KB4023057 and KB4467702 --

    • KB4467702 I could download and run the installer and it repeatedly tells me my system doesn't need that item, even after restarting the system. Then WHY does
      Windows Update think I need it?
    • KB4023057 - is absent in Microsoft Update Catalog

    The command prompt steps, ran for me, but and repaired my update problem with this error:

    Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070643.

    but now I'm receiving a new one: 2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80246010

    yes that worked it reinstalled 2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)

    thanks for your help, could you tell me how to open App list so if need be I can remove an earlier version of KB4023057
