Windows 10: Unable to exit safe mode because recovery email was typed wrong

Hello, I am helping a friend who has just bought a new Windows 11 laptop for her Nursing studies. We need to get it out of S mode because she needs install non-Microsoft apps as part of her learning requirements. Normally we would use the email associated with her Microsoft to enable her getting out of S mode.But unfortunately she spelt her email wrong *** Email address is removed for privacy *** . so with no way of doing a password reset being sent to an address that doesn't exist. Is there any way short of a complete factory reset to enable s mode removal without her having to wipe everything? Any suggestion

I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
